Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Dev Network Lab learning enrollments confirmed offline. The website itself does not collect payment.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation. Requests inside that window may receive a partial refund of up to 50% if materials have not been released.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, no materials downloaded, seat not transferred.
• Partial refund: cancellation within 13 days of start when live sessions have not begun and digital packs remain unused.
• No refund: after the first live session or after self-paced packs are accessed, except where required by mandatory law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom Field Alliance travel already incurred, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@devnetworklab.digital with your full name, cohort name, confirmation reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Dev Network Lab

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated military service may qualify for transfer or goodwill credit outside the standard windows, evaluated case by case.
