Signals from people who closed bridges with us

Attribution styles differ because teams share feedback differently. Every note below references a real module or feature from this site’s programs.

“Module 3 on matching-key collisions saved our Oracle interface week. We still needed more coaching on FX revaluation timing than the syllabus allowed.”

Hyejin Cho · Finance Systems Lead

“The evidence pack templates from ERP Bridge Reconciliation Studio are now our default attachment set for internal walkthroughs.”

Daniel · Incheon

Anonymous client in logistics: “Exception Triage Lab made aging language consistent across three entities.” Rating 4/5 — wanted longer live debugging.

“Control Narrative Workshop stopped our auditors from rewriting our ‘unmatched but explained’ paragraphs. Short sessions, sharp feedback.”

Yuna Kim · SOX coordinator

Case study · Mid-market manufacturer

A Yangsan-area plant finance team joined Match Cohort after repeated sampling failures on a WMS-to-ERP bridge. Within one close, they introduced aged-exception owners and a cut-off checklist taught in Module 5. External findings on that bridge dropped from three observations to none the following quarter.

Limitation noted by the team: legacy item masters still require a separate data-quality project outside the course scope.

Case study · Shared-service desk

A multi-country SSC used Field Alliance coaching during Korea quarter-end. Instructors shadowed two bridge owners, then rebuilt the handoff memo between night-shift matchers and daytime GL accountants. Cycle time for unexplained items fell from 11 days to 4.
